This Syrah perfectly reflects the Benguela Cove terroir in a glass. A gentle approach in the cellar helped to encapsulate our unique location at the southern tip of Africa.
– Johann Fourie
Appearance: Aroma: Taste
Gentle nuances of pink peppercorns and potpourri dance on the surface before it lets you plunge into a deeper, fruity core. With polished tannins, the fruit follows through beautifully and lingers on the palate.
Announcing itself with evocative aromas, fruit prevailed in this elegant, balanced and delicious Syrah.
Young yet forthcoming, it is evident the winemaker followed a hands off approach not to let the oak overpower the essence of this wine.
