Linton Park’s legacy started in 1699 as the farm De Slange Rivier. Our original farm was named for the winding stream, Snake River or Slange Rivier which still flows down the mountain. The majestic Groenberg Mountain presides over Linton Park Wine Estate, which is minutes away from the charming and rustic town of Wellington in South Africa’s Western Cape province.
Proceeds from this wine range (of a Rand a bottle sold) are donated annually to support our conservation partner.

Appearance: Aroma: Taste
Best served at room temperature but chill when the temperatures are high. Young red berry fruits mingle with an earthy savouriness to support the texture and depth on this unwooded wine.
Personal Food pairing:
Try a marbled steak or a rich beef stew even chops and gyros to roasts and casseroles. The savoury elements of the meat will also help round out the tannins in the wine. In other words, the wine enhances the food, and the food enhances the wine!
