Opinion/Accolades:
Moderate conditions at harvest enhanced elegance in this wine. Typically, aromatic leaning more towards opulent spice and luscious black fruit with soft tanins and acid providing a balanced structure. Carefully judged new new oak contributes to complexity whilst not masking the more delicate aspects and extended 5 months in barrel allows for seamless integration.
Personal Food pairing:
Grilled Lamb With its delicate flavors, lamb is a great choice for the lighter style of Syrah. Try Lamb Shawarma or Gyros. I thoroughly enjoyed this wine with a medium rare grilled Pepper steak with an onion and blue cheese sauce
